The UWU Headquarters, located in the Óbidos Technology Park, is structured around a clear composition of volumes that define its presence in the territory and organize the functional program. Two bodies of a more solid and mineral character frame the main access, establishing a marked entrance axis and giving identity to the whole.

The articulation with a more contained horizontal volume, of a lighter and more continuous expression, allows for a balanced reading between solids and voids, promoting a direct relationship with the external spaces and creating areas for lingering and socializing. The building’s organization prioritizes functionality and the fluidity of circulation, adapting to contemporary work dynamics.

The materiality is based on the contrast between light, stony surfaces and darker planes, giving depth and rhythm to the composition. The green roofs reinforce the building’s integration with its surroundings, contributing to a more natural image and to the balance between architecture and landscape.
